What it does
A guided journey
Every step of an owner-build, in order, from "should I do this?" through permits, the build, and closing out. Each step says what to do. Where the answer depends on your state, it says who to call instead of guessing.
Snap it, and it's filed
Take a photo of the site or of any paper: an insurance certificate, a license, a permit, an inspection card, a lien waiver. It's saved, labeled, and easy to find when you need it.
Built for first-timers
A simple Today screen shows your next three steps. It works on your phone at the job site and on your computer at the kitchen table.
What it will never do
- It never touches your money. It records what you enter. You pay your own bills your own way.
